Appearance: This product is a suspension of fine particles. After standing, the fine particles sink and shake to form a uniform gray white to gray brown suspension.

Pharmacological Effects: Ceftiofur belongs to the β – lactam class of antibiotics and is a specialized antibiotic for livestock and poultry with broad-spectrum bactericidal effects. Effective against both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria (including beta lactam producing bacteria). Sensitive bacteria mainly include Pasteurella multocida, hemolytic Pasteurella, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, etc. Some Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus are resistant.

Function and Use: β – lactam antibiotics. Used to treat bacterial respiratory infections.

Usage and Dosage: Calculate based on this product. Intramuscular injection: One dose, 0.05ml per 1kg body weight, once every three days, twice in a row.

Adverse reactions:

(1) May cause gastrointestinal microbiota disorders or secondary infections.

(2) Has a certain degree of nephrotoxicity.

(3) There may be a one-time pain.

Precautions:

(2) The dosage should be adjusted for animals with renal insufficiency.
